The Federal Government of Nigeria has withdraw charges against Mohammed Abacha the son of the Former Nigeria Head of State. Mohammed was charge for allegedly receiving N100.38 billion worth of stolen property.It was reported that the office of the Attorney-General of the Federation on behalf of the federal govt had filled a 9 count charge against Mohammed but earlier today, a Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja discharged him for the over N100b scam.
